that keyword), the ad impression share, and the low and high range for the top of page bids.<\/p>\n<p class=\"custom_p_tag\">You need to look for keywords with:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"business\">\n \t<li><p>A decent level of monthly searches<\/p><\/li>\n \t<li><p>Low level of competition<\/p><\/li>\n \t<li><p>Bid ranges that fit your budget<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"custom_p_tag\">Keyword Planner is a great tool, but the fact that it is free makes it a favourite among your competitors.<\/p>\n<p class=\"custom_p_tag\">And if you want to find keywords that your competitors aren\u2019t privy to, you might need to use paid keyword research tools.<\/p>\n<p class=\"custom_p_tag\">Some of the best paid keyword research tools are:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"business\">\n \t<li><p>SEMRush (from It\u2019s very crucial to understand how these work in order to get the most out of your Ads campaigns.<\/p><p class=\"custom_p_tag\">These four matching options are<\/p><p class=\"custom_p_tag\">a. Broad match<\/p><p class=\"custom_p_tag\">b. Broad match modifiers<\/p><p class=\"custom_p_tag\">c. Phrase match<\/p><p class=\"custom_p_tag\">d. Exact match<\/p><p class=\"custom_p_tag\">This is the least desirable option because with this option your ad will trigger all sorts of irrelevant keywords. From experience it results in low quality scores and wasted clicks.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-823de1a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"823de1a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"custom_p_tag\"><strong class=\"custome_strong_tag\">Broad Match Modifiers:<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"custom_p_tag\">This is a much better option than broad match which allows you to control your keywords a lot better and is actually our preferred option in maximizing leads and sales. If you use a keyword phrase like +red +widgets, your ads will not trigger when someone searches for widgets.<\/p><p class=\"custom_p_tag\">Instead, the ads will trigger when the user has included the word \u201cred\u201d and \u201cwidget\u201d inside the phrase.<\/p><p class=\"custom_p_tag\">Therefore your ad will trigger for \u201cred widgets for sale\u201d, \u201caffordable red widgets\u201d \u201cI want to buy widgets that are red\u201d and so on. The words red widgets do not have to show up right beside each other.<\/p><p class=\"custom_p_tag\">The good news with broad match modifiers is that your ads will trigger for lots of long tail and targeted keyword phrases, which will allow you to generate a lot of targeted search traffic, both related to the phrase, and the exact match.<\/p><p class=\"custom_p_tag\">However, you still need to add in so called \u201cnegative keywords\u201d because your ads will sometimes be triggered for irrelevant queries.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e2b1595 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e2b1595\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"custom_p_tag\"><strong class=\"custome_strong_tag\">Phrase match:<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"custom_p_tag\">This option has a tighter control compared to broad match modifiers. \t<li><p>A tagline that supports or expounds on the headline.<\/p><\/li>\n \t<li><p>Engaging copy that features both the features and benefits of your product or service.<\/p><\/li>\n \t<li><p>A clear, easy-to-see call to action.<\/p><\/li>\n \t<li><p>Trust builders like testimonials, customer badges, secure payment icons, etc.<\/p><\/li>\n \t<li><p>Media elements like images or videos that demonstrate the use of a product\/service or make an emotional appeal.<\/p><\/li>\n \t<li><p>An optimized lead capture form.<p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"custom_p_tag\">As I mentioned before, it\u2019s really important that your landing pages match your ad copy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"custom_p_tag\">If you\u2019re promising a free mortgage calculation in your paid ads, then that\u2019s the first thing visitors should see on your landing page\u2014not a blog post about the benefits of a mortgage, not an e-book about how to apply for a mortgage loan\u2014but a free mortgage calculation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"custom_p_tag\">Let\u2019s look at some examples.<\/p>\n<p class=\"custom_p_tag\">Say I need a real estate agent in California. That doesn\u2019t do anything for me in terms of building trust that these guys can really find me a good agent in California. They could have found agents in other states, but what about in California?<\/p><\/li>\n \t<li><p>Lastly, the landing page contains buttons at the top which are really\u00a0<strong class=\"specal_strong\">nothing but escape routes<\/strong>. If you\u2019re going to spend money on ads, why would you want to give people ways to escape from you?<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"custom_p_tag\">This is where the\u00a0<strong class=\"specal_strong\">1:1 ratio rule<\/strong>\u00a0comes in. For every conversion goal, you should have only one call to action. It\u2019s also placed in the heading so that people will easily see it.<\/p><\/li>\n \t<li><p><strong class=\"specal_strong\">Theheading is also clear and on-point<\/strong>\u00a0as it tells me that I can find local real estate agents here.<\/p><\/li>\n \t<li><p>The statistical figure below works well in telling me that they can be trusted.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"custom_p_tag\">Do you now have a clear idea of what a great landing page looks like?
